Hiring a Sr. Backend Developer - Karachi (Onsite)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 with strong expertise in 𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 to join a team working on an e-commerce SaaS and automated repricing platform.

If you enjoy building scalable backend systems, working with large datasets, designing APIs, and solving complex engineering challenges, this could be a great opportunity for you.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Ruby & Python
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL
  • Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON-RPC
  • Good understanding of Linux environments
  • Experience working with distributed systems and large datasets
  • Strong focus on automated testing and writing clean, maintainable code
  • Experience integrating Amazon / Google APIs
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate directly with German-speaking clients
  • Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools
