The posting

Telekomi su jedni od najsloženijih IT okolina danas - velik broj međusobno povezanih sustava na različitim platformama i infrastrukturama, velik broj korisnika, veliko opterećenje, potreba za visokom razinom sigurnosti - to su samo neke od stvari koje povećavaju složenost.

Trebamo iskusne Java developere koji se ne boje tog izazova, koji ne žele programirati samo jednostavne mikroservise s jednom Postgres bazom i tri integracijske točke, jer ovdje govorimo o preko 120 BE sustava, desetak arhitekturnih obrazaca koje treba balansirati, terabajtima podataka koji se dnevno repliciraju, velikim Openshift i Kafka klasterima, a sve upakirano u moderne DevOps prakse i alate. Sve to čini posao vrlo izazovnim i zanimljivim. Također, puno radimo na međunarodnim projektima s brojnim kolegama iz Deutsche Telecom grupe gdje je razmjena znanja vrlo velika.

Opis posla:

  • Razvoj samostalnih aplikacija (mikroservisa) koristeći tehnologije Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, relacijske (PostgreSQL) i nerelacijske baze podataka (MongoDB), message brokere (npr. Kafka), BPMN razvojen okvire (npr. Camunda)
  • Razvoj većeg broja sustava u integriranom okruženju i u suradnji s arhitektima, dizajnerima i developerima drugih sustava
  • Tehnički nadzor i mentoriranje Junior developera u realizaciji njihovog dijela razvoja
  • Izravno sudjelovanje u definiranju arhitekture (funkcionalne i tehničke) sustava te na redovitim refinementima
  • Praćenje i poboljšavanje performansi sustava i rješenja na sustavu

Što tražimo:

  • Developersko iskustvo u Java/object oriented programming okruženju, poželjno Spring Boot framework
  • Iskustvo s radom sa sustavima za verzioniranje koda (GIT), razvojnim praksama (alati za osiguranje kvalitete koda kao što je SonarQube, build alati kao što je Gradle)
  • Poznavanje agilnih metodologija razvoja
  • Iskustvo u definiranju arhitekture sustava te prikupljanju poslovnih zahtjeva
