The posting

Tražimo stručnjaka za radijsko planiranje s najmanje 5 godina relevantnog iskustva koji će sudjelovati u planiranju, razvoju i realizaciji mobilne mreže (RAN), s fokusom na MBB rollout, kapacitet, pokrivenost i optimizaciju mrežne infrastrukture.

Pozicija podrazumijeva samostalan rad u području radijskog planiranja, rješavanje složenijih tehničkih zadataka te aktivnu suradnju s TowerCo partnerima, operatorima i internim timovima. Tražimo osobu koja može preuzeti odgovornost za svoje područje rada, ali istovremeno dobro funkcionira unutar šireg tehničkog tima.

Ključni zadaci i odgovornosti

  • Sudjelovanje u MBB rollout planiranju i provedbi, uključujući koordinaciju aktivnosti i usklađivanje s TowerCo partnerima
  • Planiranje kapaciteta mreže na temelju prometnih, tehničkih i poslovnih potreba
  • Predlaganje i razrada mjera za poboljšanje pokrivenosti, kapaciteta i kvalitete mobilne mreže
  • Korištenje i unaprjeđenje RAN planning alata te sudjelovanje u razvoju novih use caseova
  • Dizajn radio-lokacija, uključujući nove siteove, uvođenje novih mrežnih slojeva i modernizaciju postojećih lokacija
  • Planiranje i projektiranje rješenja za indoor pokrivenost
  • Izrada, analiza i optimizacija RBS konfiguracija
  • Sudjelovanje u forecastingu, planiranju i naručivanju RAN hardvera, uz praćenje troškova, potreba i rokova
  • Praćenje TowerCo aktivnosti i sudjelovanje u planiranju dijeljenja infrastrukture
  • Tehnička i operativna koordinacija s operatorima, partnerima i relevantnim internim timovima
  • Praćenje tehnoloških i tržišnih trendova te priprema tehničkih analiza i preporuka vezanih uz razvoj mobilne mreže

Potrebna znanja i iskustvo

  • VSS tehničkog usmjerenja, poželjno iz područja telekomunikacija, elektrotehnike ili srodnog područja
  • Najmanje 5 godina relevantnog iskustva u RAN planiranju, rolloutu i/ili optimizaciji mobilnih mreža
  • Dobro poznavanje 2G/4G/5G RAN arhitekture i principa rada mobilnih mreža
  • Praktično iskustvo u radu s RAN planning alatima i mrežnim podacima
  • Iskustvo u analizi mrežnih performansi, kapaciteta i pokrivenosti
  • Sposobnost samostalnog rješavanja tehničkih zadataka iz područja radijskog planiranja
  • Dobro znanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu
