Ihre Aufgaben

Dein Job – klar und praxisnah

  • Du unterstützt bei der Überwachung der Montage und Vorinbetriebnahme der TGA-Anlagen
  • Du prüfst die Ausführung auf Übereinstimmung mit freigegebener Planung, technischen Spezifikationen, Herstellerangaben und geltenden Regelwerken
  • Du überwachst Schnittstelen zwischen TGA, Bau, Elektro-, Anlagen- und Leittechnik
  • Du kontrollierst Materialanlieferungen sowie die fachgerechte Kabelverlegung, Befestigung, Kennzeichnung und den Anschluss
  • Du begleitest Prüfungen, Funktionsnachweise, Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen
  • Du kontrollierst den Baufortschritt und behältst Qualität, Termine und Risiken im Blick
  • Du dokumentierst Mängel, prüfst Revisionsunterlagen und verfolgst offene Punkte bis zur Beseitigung
  • Du achtest auf die Einhaltung der HSE-Anforderungen

Ihr Profil

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker/in oder Meister/in im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Gebäudetechnik
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der elektrischen Gebäudeausstattung
  • Erfahrung in der Bau- und Montageüberwachung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ausführungs-, Montage- und Revisionsunterlagen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen, Vorschriften und technischen Regeln
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
