Wir begleiten Projekte im Netzausbau, Offshore-Bereich und in der Energieinfrastruktur und suchen dich als Bauleiter nach § 56 LBauO M-V ab November für 2-3 Tage / Woche für je max. 5 Stunden, um unser Team vor Ort zu verstärken.

Ihre Aufgaben

Dein Job - klar und praxisnah

  • Du überwachst die Bauausführung hinsichtlich der öffentlich-rechtlichen Anforderungen
  • Du überwachst die Umsetzung von Ausführungsplänen, Zeichnungen, Berechnungen und Anweisungen
  • Du koordinierst und überwachst die auf der Baustelle tätigen Gewerke und Nachunternehmen
  • Du koordinierst das gefahrlose Ineinandergreifen der verschiedenen Gewerke
  • Du erkennst Abweichungen, Mängel und bauordnungsrechtlich relevante Sachverhalte und eskalierst diese
  • Du stimmst dich mit Bauherrn, Projektleitung, Fachplanern, Fachbauleiter und Nachunternehmen ab
  • Du nimmst an Baubesprechungen und Baustellenterminen teil
  • Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt sowie relevante Feststellungen und Maßnahmen
  • Du unterstützt bei Abnahmen, Begehungen und der Mängelverfolgung

Ihr Profil

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Sachkunde und Erfahrung für die konkrete Bauaufgabe gemäß § 56 LBauO M-V
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter / Oberbauleiter im Hoch-, Industrie und Gewerbebau
  • Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von Umbau- oder Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Bestand
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Baustellenkoordination
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der technischen und öffentlich-rechtlichen Anforderungen an die Bauausführung
  • Fähigkeit, die Tätigkeit verschiedener Gewerke und Nachunternehmen auf einer komplexen Baustelle zu koordinieren
