The posting

Join a leading hospitality brand in Kuwait as a Barista – Specialty Coffee. We're looking for a passionate coffee professional with strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience in espresso preparation, manual brewing, and latte art. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences, maintaining quality standards, and creating memorable guest interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality across branches.
  • Perform professional espresso extraction and maintain coffee quality.
  • Prepare Latte Art designs with high standards.
  • Prepare V60 coffee using proper brewing techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Follow company recipes, SOPs, and operational procedures.
  • Support branch operations during busy hours, events, and peak periods.

🔹 Benefits:

  • Salary 150 KD to 190 KD Based on Experience
  • 20 KD Food Allowance
  • Accommodation And Transportation provided by the company
  • Minimum 4 years of direct F&B experience, with proven experience as a Barista or in a senior barista position.
  • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, milk steaming, and specialty coffee preparation.
  • Excellent latte art skills, including Heart, Tulip, and Swan designs.
  • Hands-on experience in V60 manual brewing and other specialty coffee brewing methods.
  • Experience working in specialty coffee shops or premium café brands is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain consistent coffee quality, beverage presentation, and brand standards across multiple branches.
  • Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Previous GCC experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including late hours when required.
  • Strong understanding of coffee hygiene, equipment maintenance, and workplace cleanliness.
