The posting

We are hiring an experienced Guest Service Associate ( Waiter ) for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.
  • Serve food, beverages, and desserts promptly while maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout operations.
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Process bills and payments accurately while following company procedures.
  • Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and service standards at all times.

Salary : KD 160 Basic + 1 Duty Meal

Accommodation & Transportation will be provided

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter, Server, or Guest Service Associate in a restaurant or hotel.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Service is preferred
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and food and beverage service.
  • Strong guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, personal hygiene, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Gulf or international restaurant experience will be an advantage
  • Age Limite : 28 yrs
