ASSOCIATE PERFORMANCE & RESTRUCTURING

Was gibt es zu tun?

  • Im Team Performance & Restructuring arbeitest du partnerschaftlich mit unseren Kunden an strategischen Neuausrichtungen sowie an der Planung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Strategie- und Restrukturierungsprojekte
  • Als Professional mit ersten Jahren Berufserfahrung erstellst du integrierte Finanzplanungen, Liquiditätsprognosen und fundierte Maßnahmenprogramme
  • Die Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen übernimmst du eigenständig und bringst deine Ergebnisse aktiv in die Projektarbeit ein
  • Unsere Kunden begleitest du bei der Realisierung von Ertragssteigerungen
  • Neben deinem Engagement beim Kunden arbeitest du auch an der Weiterentwicklung von H&Z Performance & Restructuring
  • Mit interessanten Ideen und Innovationen bringst du unsere Unternehmensberatung weiter voran

Was bringst du mit?

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen, alternativ Bachelorabschluss mit Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Industrie
  • Interesse an den Themen Strategie, Sanierung und Restrukturierung
  • Engagement, Leistungsorientierung, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (DACH-Region, teilweise darüber hinaus)
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend, interkulturelles Verständnis und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 , insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
