IHRE ROLLE

Sie arbeiten im Team von Haselhorst Associates mit den Kunden partnerschaftlich an strategischen Neuausrichtungen oder der Planung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Strategie- und Restrukturierungsprojekte. Sie übernehmen mit dem Team die operative Umsetzung umfassender Sanierungskonzepte. Als erfahrener Director erstellen Sie integrierte Finanzplanungen, Liquiditätsprognosen und fundierte Maßnahmenprogramme. Sie übernehmen die Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und begleiten unsere Kunden bei der Realisierung von Ertragssteigerungsmaßnahmen. Auf dem jeweiligen Projekt fungieren Sie als Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden und sind verantwortlich für den Projekterfolg.

Neben dem Engagement beim Kunden arbeiten unsere Berater auch an der Weiterentwicklung von Haselhorst Associates mit, um mit interessanten Ideen und Innovationen auch die Unternehmensberatung weiter voranzubringen, sowie Methoden und Expertise im Team weiterzugeben.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wirtschafts- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung sowie operative Erfahrung in der Industrie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Themen Strategie, Sanierung und Restrukturierung
  • Tiefes Verständnis von integrierter Finanzplanung, Liquiditätsprognosen und der Erarbeitung umfassender Restrukturierungskonzepte
  • Engagement, Leistungsorientierung, Flexibilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft (DACH-Region, teilweise darüber hinaus)
  • Erfahrung in komplexen Verhandlungssituationen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Gesellschaftern, Management, Banken und Anwaltskanzleien
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, interkulturelles Verständnis und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel & PowerPoint
