(SENIOR) CONSULTANT DATA ENGINEERING & SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Was gibt es zu tun?

  • Unsere Kunden unterstützt du bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und dem produktiven Einsatz moderner Datenplattformen und Data-Management-Lösungen
  • Data-Warehouse- und Lakehouse-Architekturen gestaltest du von der ersten Idee bis zum Live-Betrieb – und bringst dabei einen klaren Blick für saubere Softwareentwicklung mit
  • Robuste ETL/ELT-Pipelines entwickelst und betreibst du nicht nur mit AI-Unterstützung, sondern auch mit dem nötigen Blick für Monitoring und zuverlässiges Fehlerhandling
  • Du strukturierst und modellierst Daten und setzt performante Datenstrukturen für Analytics- und BI-Anwendungen um – von der Rohschicht bis zum fertigen Datenmodell
  • Data Quality und Governance setzt du pragmatisch um und schaffst Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit entlang der Datenflüsse
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen nimmst du Anforderungen in Workshops auf und übersetzt sie in tragfähige technische Konzepte, die von dir oder deinenKolleg:innenumgesetzt werden
  • Als verlässliche:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden weckst du Begeisterung für Themen rund um Data Engineering und Business Intelligence

Was bringst du mit?

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data/Analytics, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, BWL mit Fokus auf Datenmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Daten- und Projektumfeld, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
  • Implementierungserfahrung in mindestens einem BI-Tool (idealerweise Power BI, Qlik Sense oder SAC) sowie ein gutes Verständnis moderner BI-Lösungen
  • Datenmodellierung, der Aufbau von ETL-Strecken und strukturierte Datenverarbeitung waren bisher fester Bestandteil deiner Projekterfahrung – auch im Kontext von SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA
  • Ein solides Verständnis von Data-Warehouse-Konzepten und modernen Lakehouse-Architekturen sowie erste Erfahrung mit Analytics- und BI-Setups
  • Erfahrung mit Specification-driven Development bei der Erstellung von ETL-Pipelines und BI-Reports mit AI-Tools, und der Sicherstellung von Qualität und Vollständigkeit
  • Freude an Beratung, strukturierter Arbeitsweise und Teamarbeit, kombiniert mit sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen
