(SENIOR) EXPERT PROCUREMENT ELECTRONICS

Jederzeit, unbefristet, unter der Woche öfter bei unseren Kunden, am Freitag typischerweise in unseren Büros in München, Köln oder Hamburg

Was gibt es zu tun?

  • Du übernimmst die Bewertung aktueller Versorgungsrisiken und Schwachstellen in kritischen Elektronik-Warengruppen
  • Mit deinem Verständnis für komplexe Lieferketten schaffst du Transparenz über Tier-1-Lieferanten hinaus und identifizierst relevante Tier-N-Abhängigkeiten
  • Du unterstützt die Sicherstellung der Versorgungskontinuität durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen und bringst deine Expertise zielgerichtet in kritischen Verhandlungen und Lieferantensituationen ein
  • Alternative Sourcing-Strategien und geeignete Lieferantenoptionen werden von dir identifiziert, bewertet und eingebracht
  • Marktentwicklungen im Halbleiter- und Elektronikumfeld beobachtest du kontinuierlich und leitest daraus relevante Implikationen für die Versorgungslage ab
  • Zur Stärkung der Lieferketten-Resilienz und des Risikomanagements definierst du eine klare Roadmap und teilst dein Wissen sowie bewährte Best Practices aktiv mit dem bestehenden Einkaufsteam

Was bringst du mit?

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium an einer namhaften Universität, idealerweise in Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Elektronikeinkauf / Halbleiter-Sourcing
  • Fundierte Marktkenntnisse in den Bereichen Halbleiter, elektronische Komponenten, EMS, PCBAs und Steuergeräte
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Management von Engpässen
  • Erfahrung mit Allokationssituationen und Lieferunterbrechungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Tier-N-Transparenz und Supply-Chain-Risikomanagement
  • Erfahrung in der industriellen Fertigung, der Automobilindustrie oder vergleichbaren Branchen
  • Fähigkeit, strategische Analyse mit umsetzungsorientierter Ausführung zu verbinden
  • Kreative Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
