(SENIOR) EXPERT PROCUREMENT

Jederzeit, unbefristet, unter der Woche öfter bei unseren Kunden, am Freitag typischerweise in unseren Büros in München, Köln oder Hamburg

Was gibt es zu tun?

  • Du bringst Deine einkäuferische Erfahrung und Expertise mit in die Erarbeitung von Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen und Strategien zur Warengruppenoptimierung
  • Du bist ver­ant­wort­lich für die Planung, Koordinierung und Umsetzung der Workstreams und deren Aktivitäten in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Dort entwickelst du für den Einkauf effektive Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen und Warengruppenoptimierungspläne (Value Creation Plan) durch Anwendung von Potentialanalysen, der Erstellung von Ausschreibungen, der Anwendung von kommerziellen sowie technischen Einkaufshebeln sowie Make-or-Buy Entscheidungen
  • In deiner Rolle bist du auch für die Entwicklung unserer Berater auf den Projekten zuständig
  • Du coachst Kunden und eigene Berater, überzeugst in Diskussionen und Workshops und gibst aktiv Dein Wissen weiter

Was bringst du mit?

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium an einer namhaften Universität
  • Mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf eines internationalen, marktführenden Unternehmens, idealerweise mit Projekterfahrung
  • Ein tiefes und grundlegendes Einkaufsverständnis und Erfahrungen in Bereichen wie Warengruppenmanagement, Warengruppenstrategie, Materialkostensenkung, Verhandlungen und Lieferantentagen (insbesondere auch Umgang mit Monopolsituationen, spieltheoretischer Ansätze und mehr)
  • Du bringst mit: analytisches Verständnis, Potentialabschätzungen, Kniffe und Tricks im Umgang mit SAP-Daten
  • Du verfügst darüber hinaus über spezifisches Expertenwissen in einer oder mehreren der folgenden Warengruppe: Elektrische Bauteile, Mechanische Teile wie Guss-, Stanz- und Schweißteile, oder für Rohmaterialien wie Stahl und Kunststoff. Alternativ bringst Du Expertenwissen in mehreren indirekten Warengruppen mit. Dies beinhaltet Erfahrungen und Wissen bzgl. Einkaufshebeln, Marktwissen, Lieferantenstruktur und Lieferantenlandschaft
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Workshops und in der Aussteuerung einer Vielzahl von Einkaufsmaßnahmen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Neben Deiner analytischen und strukturierten Denk- und Arbeitsweise solltest Du auch ein gutes Gespür für Situationen und Menschen mitbringen
  • Du kannst Vorweg gehen, hast eine Hands-on Mentalität und treibst eigene Themen
