Für unseren Auftraggeber, ein seit über 30 Jahren erfahrenes, kommunales Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bereich Trinkwasserversorgung und Abwasserentsorgung – eingebettet in eine starke, regional verwurzelte Unternehmensgruppe mit klarer Nachhaltigkeitsorientierung – suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bauingenieur Hochbau – Trink- und Abwassertechnik (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung & Konzeption: Erstellung von Sanierungs- und Neubaukonzepten sowie Vor-, Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanungen für Anlagen der Trinkwasserversorgung und Abwasserentsorgung – vornehmlich im Hochbau
  • Projektleitung: Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Planungsprozessen über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI – mit konsequentem Blick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität
  • Bauüberwachung: Verantwortung für die Bauüberwachung und die Qualitätssicherung aller Baumaßnahmen
  • Ansprechpartner: Zentrale Schnittstelle für Auftraggeber und ausführende Unternehmen über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Vertriebsunterstützung: Fachliche Bewertung von Anfragen sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen
  • Netzwerkarbeit: Nutzung des fachlichen Netzwerks zur Entwicklung praxisorientierter Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Experteninnen und Experten

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, der Siedlungswasserwirtschaft, dem Umweltingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Normenkenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Leistungsphasen der HOAI, der VOB sowie im Bau- und Wasserrecht
  • Berufserfahrung: Praxiserprobte Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Projekten der Siedlungswasserwirtschaft sowie im Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Kosten, Termine und Qualität
  • Fachkenntnisse: Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Sanierung mineralischer Oberflächen sowie Erfüllung der Anforderungen gemäß DVGW-Arbeitsblatt W 316
  • Systemkompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in CAD- und GIS-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und mit sicherem Auftreten – sowie echter Freude am Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
