Für unseren Mandanten, ein dynamisch wachsendes, inhabergeführtes Immobilienunternehmen mit Sitz im Großraum Ludwigsburg und klarer Spezialisierung auf die Vermittlung von Wohn- und Anlageimmobilien, suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Immobilienakquisiteur / Tele-Sales & Sales Manager (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen steht für persönliche Vermittlungsprozesse, klare Strukturen und eine Unternehmenskultur, in der Eigenverantwortung, Performance und Vertrauen keine Schlagworte sind. Sie erwartet eine Vertriebsposition mit echtem Entwicklungspotenzial – ideal auch für Quereinsteiger mit Kommunikationstalent und dem Willen, im Vertrieb etwas zu bewegen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Akquise: Eigenständige Recherche und telefonische Erstansprache potenzieller Auftraggeber in definierten Zielregionen – strukturiert, systematisch und mit klarem Prozess im Rücken
  • Lead-Qualifizierung: Professionelle Vorqualifizierung von Interessenten für den weiteren Vertriebsprozess sowie Aufbau nachhaltiger Gesprächsbeziehungen
  • Anfragenbearbeitung: Effiziente und serviceorientierte Bearbeitung digital generierter Kundenanfragen sowie Terminvereinbarung für die zuständigen Berater vor Ort
  • Partnerakquise: Aktive Kontaktaufnahme und Gewinnung von Kooperationspartnern und Partnerfirmen
  • Prozesstreue: Arbeit mit erprobten, strukturierten Vertriebsprozessen – mit voller Unterstützung des Teams im Rücken

Ihr Profil

  • Kommunikationsstärke: Überzeugende, sympathische Persönlichkeit mit echtem Talent im telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Vertriebsaffinität: Interesse an Vertrieb und Freude daran, Menschen zu begeistern und Gespräche zielgerichtet zu führen
  • Motivation & Lernbereitschaft: Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Disziplin und die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundenkontakt von Vorteil – Quereinsteiger und Berufseinsteiger mit dem richtigen Grundtalent sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturiert, teamfähig und mit einer überdurchschnittlichen Auffassungsgabe
