Standort: Mehring | Vollzeit | Unbefristet Für unseren Mandanten, ein spezialisiertes, wachstumsstarkes Unternehmen im Bereich Komplettausbau und hochwertiger Innenausbaulösungen mit Standort in Mehring, suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Buchhalter / Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben

  • Finanzbuchhaltung: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung – vollständig, termingerecht und präzise
  • Debitoren & Kreditoren: Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung einschließlich Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Kontenabstimmung: Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Pflege der Konten sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Monats- & Jahresabschluss: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Rechnungsprüfung: Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Reporting: Erstellung von Auswertungen, Übersichten und Berichten für die Geschäftsführung
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit Steuerberater, Projektleitung und internen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Buchhalter oder Bilanzbuchhalter
  • Berufserfahrung: Fundierte, mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Buchhaltung – eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Systemkompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Arbeitsweise: Präzise, strukturiert und zuverlässig – mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Diskretion
  • Präsenz: Bereitschaft zur überwiegend präsenten Arbeit am Standort Mehring – maximal ein Home-Office-Tag pro Woche
