Standort: Gevelsberg | Vollzeit | Unbefristet Für unseren Mandanten, ein seit über 30 Jahren etabliertes, mittelständisches Unternehmen mit Spezialisierung auf Kälte- und Klimatechnik im sicherheitsrelevanten Umfeld der Rüstungsindustrie – stark wachsend und mit einem technisch anspruchsvollen, langfristig stabilen Auftragsportfolio – suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Kältemechatroniker (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen agiert in einem strategisch bedeutsamen Marktumfeld und bietet Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit Einsätzen sowohl am Standort Gevelsberg als auch bei Auftraggebern aus der Verteidigungsindustrie.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wartung & Instandhaltung: Eigenverantwortliche Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung von Kälte- und Klimaanlagen im rüstungsindustriellen Umfeld – an militärischen Nutzfahrzeugen, Anlagen und Systemen
  • Störungsbeseitigung: Systematische Fehlerdiagnose und professionelle Behebung von Störungen an kältetechnischen Systemen und Komponenten
  • Montage & Installation: Montage und Installation von Kälte- und Klimaaggregaten an Nutzfahrzeugen und stationären Anlagen
  • Inbetriebnahme: Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsprüfung von Kälteanlagen und Klimasystemen nach Montage und Reparatur
  • Dokumentation: Lückenlose Erfassung und Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten und Anlagenzustände
  • Außeneinsätze: Durchführung von Service- und Wartungseinsätzen direkt bei Auftraggebern aus der Rüstungsindustrie

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Kälteanlagenbauer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zertifizierung: Kälteschein Kategorie I (§ 5 ChemKlimaschutzV) erforderlich – oder Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu erwerben
  • Berufserfahrung: Praxiserfahrung in der Kälte- und Klimatechnik – Erfahrung im Nutzfahrzeug- oder Sonderfahrzeugbereich von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Außeneinsätzen bei Kunden und Auftraggebern
  • Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässig, sorgfältig und mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Sicherheitsüberprüfung: Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung gemäß SÜG aufgrund des sicherheitsrelevanten Umfelds
