Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kalkulation: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Sorten- und Produktkalkulationen sowie Nachkalkulationen als Grundlage für fundierte unternehmerische Entscheidungen
  • Analyse: Systematische Analyse von Kosten, Erlösen, Kennzahlen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen
  • Stammdaten: Analyse und Bereinigung von Stammdaten und der Datenbasis für eine zuverlässige Controlling-Grundlage
  • Abschlüsse: Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Planung & Forecast: Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung, Forecast-Erstellung und Abweichungsanalyse
  • Reporting: Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung und Fachbereiche
  • Prozessweiterentwicklung: Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Controllinginstrumenten sowie Planungs- und Budgetprozessen
  • Finanzbuchhaltung: Unterstützung der Finanzbuchhaltung bei Arbeitsspitzen – mit echter Hands-on-Mentalität

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen – alternativ eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Controlling wünschenswert
  • SAP-Kompetenz: Kenntnisse in SAP S/4 HANA von Vorteil
  • IT-Affinität: Hohe Zahlen- und IT-Affinität sowie hervorragende MS-Office-Kenntnisse – insbesondere Excel
  • Persönlichkeit: Umsetzungsstarke, hands-on orientierte Persönlichkeit mit der Bereitschaft, auch operativ anzupacken, wenn es gefragt ist
  • Sprachkompetenz: Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
