About the Role

We are looking for a Project & Client Services Coordinator in the marketing industry to manage the day-to-day coordination of client engagements and ensure multiple project workstreams remain organised, aligned and on schedule.

You will work across internal teams and client stakeholders, maintaining project information, tracking risks and actions, and ensuring everyone is working from a consistent view of progress and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate multiple project workstreams, timelines and dependencies.
  • Gather and document operational and functional requirements from relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain project trackers, action lists, risk logs and progress reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Ensure project information and documentation remain current and accessible.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a day-to-day coordination point between internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Follow up on agreed actions, decisions and outstanding requirements.
  • Communicate clearly across teams with different priorities and responsibilities.
  • Identify and escalate emerging risks before they affect delivery.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular status updates and project reporting.
  • Track milestones, risks, decisions and dependencies.
  • Support resource planning and project administration.
  • Maintain accurate records across relevant project-management systems.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, client services or a related role.
  • Experience within a consulting, agency or project-based environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-through.
  • Familiarity with project-tracking, collaboration or resource-planning tools would be beneficial.
  • Experience working within complex operational environments would be advantageous.
