About the Role

We are looking for an Project Support Executive to support the day-to-day organisation and delivery of client engagements.

This is an early-career role offering exposure to project coordination, client services, research and delivery. You will help maintain schedules, track actions, prepare materials and ensure important information is captured and followed through accurately.

As your experience develops, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility across project delivery and client work.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Maintain project trackers, action items, timelines and status updates.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, workshops and working sessions.
  • Support requirements gathering and accurately document key information.
  • Maintain project documentation and update risk or issue trackers under guidance.
  • Follow up on routine actions and escalate issues requiring more senior input.

Delivery Support

  • Assist with preparing client-ready presentations, trackers, summaries and supporting materials.
  • Provide light research and desk-based support across project workstreams.
  • Support meeting preparation, workshop logistics and project administration.
  • Assist with vendor or supplier coordination where required.
  • Take on additional project-delivery tasks as experience and confidence grow.

Systems & Administration

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, shared trackers and project files.
  • Help keep internal systems and project information organised.
  • Support basic resourcing, scheduling and administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience in coordination, operations, client services, business development or a related role.
  • Consulting, agency or project-based experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools.
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project-management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar would be advantageous.
  • Experience with presentation tools such as Canva would be beneficial.
