Job Description

Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive for its CLM Domestic BFSI – Manpower Back Office department. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering accurate information about our banking, financial services, and insurance offerings. You will play a key part in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction while adhering to our operational standards and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
  • Address inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance products.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide product information and identify cross‑sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Follow established Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and guidelines.
  • Achieve and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with back‑office teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on customer interactions and issue trends.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably within BFSI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while meeting performance targets.
  • Knowledge of banking, financial services, or insurance terminology.
  • Good listening skills and empathy towards customers.
  • Willingness to work in a shift‑based back‑office environment.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.
