The posting

负责公司研发体系的信息安全建设，围绕自研模型、核心代码、材料数据、计算化学任务及计算资源，建立安全、可控、可审计的访问与管理机制。

  • 权限与访问控制： 设计并实施分级授权体系，针对不同项目、数据集、模型、代码仓库及计算资源，建立基于角色和项目的访问控制机制，支持全职、兼职及外部合作人员的差异化权限管理。
  • 代码与数据安全： 建立代码仓库、数据集、模型权重及核心算法的安全管理规范，完善身份认证、权限审批、密钥管理、敏感信息防泄漏及访问审计机制。
  • 研发基础设施建设： 规划和优化研发服务器、数据存储、计算集群及数据中心的访问架构，建立安全的数据存储、共享、备份、恢复和隔离机制。
  • 安全流程与制度建设： 建立人员入职、项目授权、权限变更、离职回收及外部协作的标准流程，推动研发安全规范落地。
  • 风险排查与持续改进： 识别代码泄露、数据外传、越权访问、凭证泄漏等风险，制定相应的防护、监控和应急响应方案。

任职要求

  • 计算机、网络安全、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备相关领域的实际工作经验。
  • 具备研发基础设施或信息安全体系建设经验，能够独立设计并落地企业级权限管理与安全架构。
  • 熟悉 Git、GitLab / GitHub 等代码管理平台的权限控制与安全管理。
  • 熟悉 Linux、服务器、网络、存储系统及云端或本地计算集群的安全管理。
  • 熟悉 RBAC / ABAC、身份认证、最小权限原则、密钥管理、日志审计及数据备份等安全机制。
  • 具备较强的系统设计、工程实施和跨团队协作能力，能够将安全要求转化为可执行的技术方案与管理流程。

加分项

  • 有 AI、大模型、科研计算、高性能计算（HPC）或材料研发平台的安全建设经验。
  • 熟悉 GPU 集群、模型权重、训练数据、计算化学工作流及科研数据管理。
  • 有数据防泄漏（DLP）、零信任架构、堡垒机、密钥管理系统或自动化权限治理实践。
  • 有从零搭建研发安全体系、制定企业安全制度及推动团队执行的经验。
