Somos uma empresa especializada em BPO Financeiro e Consultoria Financeira, ajudando empresários a organizar o financeiro, tomar decisões com base em números e crescer de forma sustentável. Atendemos todo Brasil de forma online. Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil comercial forte, foco em resultado e vontade real de crescer junto com a empresa.

* Prospecção ativa de leads presencial, telefone e redes sociais * Abordagem e qualificação de leads seguindo script e cadência definidos * Registro e atualização diária da planilha de leads e CRM RD Station * Realização de follow-ups por Instagram, WhatsApp e ligação * Contorno de objeções e condução do lead até o agendamento do diagnóstico financeiro * Envio de lista semanal de leads quentes para áudio da gestora * Atendimento de leads que entram pelo WhatsApp da empresa * Pós-fechamento: edição e envio de contrato para o cliente, criação de venda no Conta Azul, emissão de boleto, e-mail de boas-vindas, criação de grupo no WhatsApp e cadastro nas ferramentas internas * Participação em eventos desenvolvidos pela empresa e como representante da empresa * Acompanhamento de métricas diárias, semanais e mensais * Participação em reunião mensal de equipe e feedback individual de desenvolvimento

Horário de trabalho: comercial de segunda a sexta.

* Comunicativo(a), proativo(a), enérgico(a) e com facilidade para criar conexão com pessoas * Conhecimento e facilidade com ferramentas online: Drive, e-mail, planilhas, Word, inteligência artificial, CRM e outras ferramentas digitais * Interesse genuíno em vendas e crescimento profissional na área comercial * Disponibilidade para participar de treinamentos indicados pela empresa * Organizado(a) e disciplinado(a) para manter rotina de prospecção diária * Vocabulário alinhado ao mundo empresarial e disposição para aprender * Experiência anterior em vendas ou atendimento é um diferencial * Experiência anterior em outras áreas de gestão ou empreendedorismo é um diferencial
