Você é um profissional de finanças que gosta de liderar, estruturar processos e apoiar decisões estratégicas? Esta posição de Gerente Financeiro Pleno em uma empresa do setor automotivo oferece forte exposição à Diretoria e impacto direto nos resultados.

Buscamos alguém para organizar, controlar e projetar a saúde financeira do negócio, garantindo segurança, previsibilidade de caixa e suporte às decisões de investimento.

  • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe financeira.
  • Supervisionar rotinas e procedimentos de todos os setores financeiros.
  • Elaborar fluxo de caixa, controlar despesas e projetar cenários futuros.
  • Definir metas de despesas em conjunto com Compras e elaborar orçamentos anuais.
  • Analisar KPIs financeiros, DRE e balanço patrimonial.
  • Aprovar pagamentos, acompanhar inadimplência e negociar com bancos.
  • Monitorar contas bancárias, contratos e analisar viabilidade de investimentos.

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta 8h às 18h

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Pós-Graduação em Administração, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência prévia como Gerente Financeiro ou posição similar.
  • Sólida vivência em gestão de pessoas, liderança e gestão de conflitos.
  • Domínio de fluxo de caixa, orçamento, controle de despesas e projeções financeiras.
  • Experiência em análise de viabilidade econômico-financeira de projetos.
  • Atuação com KPIs financeiros, DRE e balanço patrimonial.
  • Conhecimento em negociação com bancos e acompanhamento de contratos.
  • Domínio de ERP e pacote Office (especialmente Excel).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em implantação ou melhoria de sistemas e processos financeiros.
  • Atuação próxima à Diretoria em decisões estratégicas.
