Somos a Crescer Certo Finanças, uma empresa de BPO Financeiro. Buscamos profissional para compor nossa equipe.

Será responsável por: • Execução e supervisão das rotinas de BPO Financeiro; • Gestão de rotinas operacionais do financeiro; • Atendimento e suporte técnico aos clientes de consultoria; • Elaboração e análise de DRE, fluxo de caixa e DFC; • Construção e acompanhamento de indicadores financeiros; • Organização e padronização dos processos operacionais; • Revisão técnica das entregas antes do envio aos clientes; • Apoio no desenvolvimento da assistente financeira; • Garantir qualidade, organização e excelência na entrega; • Participação ativa na estruturação da área financeira da empresa;

Meta inicial: assumir carteira ativa de clientes, manter padrão de qualidade nas entregas e contribuir para a evolução técnica da empresa.

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta 9h às 18h - necessário disponibilidade para horas extras

Requisitos Obrigatórios

• Formação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas; • Experiência mínima de 2 anos na área financeira; • Domínio de DRE, fluxo de caixa e análise financeira; • Experiência prática com rotinas financeiras (contas a pagar, receber, conciliação, provisões de cenários, relatórios); • Ter conhecimento sobre emissão de notas e boletos; • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para atendimento ao cliente; • Organização e responsabilidade com prazos; • Familiaridade com ERP financeiro e planilhas nível intermediário.
