Você gosta de atender pessoas, é organizada e quer atuar em uma clínica referência em transplante capilar? Na Mais Cabello Volta Redonda, você terá papel essencial na experiência dos pacientes.

Buscamos uma Recepcionista para atuar presencialmente, garantindo um atendimento acolhedor, ágil e com alto padrão de qualidade, desde a chegada até o pós-atendimento.

  • Realizar atendimento presencial e telefônico aos pacientes.
  • Agendar consultas, terapias e encaixes nas agendas.
  • Organizar e controlar pastas físicas e digitais dos pacientes.
  • Cobrar exames de pacientes de transplante e preparar pastas de cirurgia.
  • Digitalizar documentos e salvar em pastas na rede.
  • Preencher planilhas de controle e apoiar na organização da agenda médica e terapeutas.

Horário de trabalho: segunda a quinta 10h às 19h / sextas 9h - 18h / sábados 07 às 11h

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como recepcionista ou atendimento ao cliente (nível pleno).
  • Domínio de informática básica e facilidade com sistemas e planilhas.
  • Experiência com organização de arquivos físicos e digitais.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em clínicas de saúde, estética ou ambiente hospitalar.
  • Vivência com agendamento de consultas, terapias e cirurgias.
  • Habilidade em lidar com público em momentos de ansiedade ou pré-cirúrgicos.
