Estamos em busca de um(a) Comprador(a) Pleno para atuar presencialmente, fortalecendo nossa área de Suprimentos e garantindo as melhores condições de custo, prazo e qualidade com fornecedores estratégicos. Aqui você terá autonomia, contato direto com áreas internas e espaço para propor melhorias em processos.

  • Conduzir cotações, análises comerciais e negociações com fornecedores.
  • Emitir pedidos de compra e acompanhar todo o fluxo até a entrega.
  • Desenvolver e homologar novos fornecedores.
  • Monitorar indicadores de compras (prazo, qualidade...).
  • Atuar em alinhamento com áreas internas para entender demandas.
  • Buscar oportunidades de redução de custos e otimização de contratos.
  • Garantir conformidade com políticas internas e prazos acordados.

Horário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta - 8h as 18h

(Necessário disponibilidade para horas extras)

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensio Superior tecnico ou cursando em Administração, Logística, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia como Comprador(a) Pleno ou similar em área de Suprimentos.
  • Atuação comprovada com processos de cotação, negociação e emissão de pedidos.
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office e sistemas de compras/ERP.
  • Boa capacidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento com fornecedores.
  • Organização, visão analítica e foco em resultado.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência em compras indiretas (serviços, MRO, facilities, TI etc.).
  • Experiência em projetos de redução de custos ou melhoria de processos.
  • Atuação anterior em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Noções de contratos e SLAs com fornecedores.
