Als AI-driven Full Stack Developer – Public & Private Cloud entwickelst du End-to-End-Softwarelösungen über beide Cloud-Tracks hinweg: von SAP-basierten Private-Cloud-Produkten bis hin zu cloud-nativen Public-Cloud-Applikationen auf SAP BTP. Du nutzt AI systematisch als Entwicklungswerkzeug – von AI Pair-Programming über automatisierte Codegenerierung bis hin zur Integration agentischer Workflows. Du arbeitest nicht neben AI, sondern mit AI als integraler Bestandteil deines Entwicklungsprozesses. Du verbindest Frontend- und Backend-Kompetenz mit einem tiefen Verständnis für moderne Cloud-Architekturen, UX-Design-Prinzipien und Quality Engineering – und spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der technologischen Differenzierung unserer Produkte.

Deine Verantwortung Full Stack Development

  • Entwicklung von Frontend- und Backend-Komponenten für SaaS-Produkte
  • Implementierungresponsiver,performanterUI-Systeme undskalierbarerAPI-Services
  • Umsetzung von Clean-Core-Prinzipien und API-first-Ansätzen
  • Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität durch AI-gestützte Reviews, automatisierte Tests und ATC-Standards

AI-Native Entwicklung

  • Einsatz von AI Pair-Programming und Code-Generierung im täglichen Entwicklungsprozess
  • Integration von AI-Agenten in den SDLC (z. B. automatisierte Test-Generierung, Release-Validierung)
  • Nutzungvon AI-Tools für Requirements-Analyse, Dokumentationund Code-Optimierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem AI Engineer zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der AI-Toolchain

Dual-Track Cloud-Entwicklung

  • Private Cloud: Weiterentwicklung bestehender SAP-Produkte (ABAP OO, Clean Core)
  • Public Cloud: Aufbau cloud-nativer Applikationen auf SAP BTP (CAP, Fiori)
  • Sicherstellung konsistenter Architektur muster und Design-GovernanceüberbeideTracks
  • Berücksichtigung von Multi-Tenancy, Skalierbarkeit und Cloud-Kosteneffizienz

UX & Interaction Design

  • Verantwortung für User-Experience-Strategie und Design-System-Konsistenz innerhalb des PODs
  • Gestaltung AI-gestützter Interaktionsmuster und agentischer UX-Workflows
  • Erstellung und Verfeinerung von Fiori-Wireframes und UI-Komponenten mit AI-Agent-Unterstützung
  • Sicherstellung von Usability, Accessibility und UX-Kohärenz über Produktlinien hinweg

Quality Engineering & DevOps

  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für Qualität innerhalb des Development PODs
  • Definition derTeststrategie,Orchestrierung AI-generierter Testsuiten und Validierung von Randfällen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von CI/CD-Pipelines und automatisierten Deployment-Prozessen
  • Implementierungvon Shift-Left-Quality-Gates und automatisierten Regressionstests
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentation (SDD/TDD) mit AI-Unterstützung

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Full-Stack-Entwicklung moderner Web-Applikationen
  • Erfahrung mit SAP-Technologien (ABAP OO, SAP BTP, CAP, Fiori/UI5) oder starke Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit AI-gestützten Entwicklungstools (z. B. GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Frontend-Frameworks und Backend-Technologien
  • Verständnis von Cloud-nativen Architekturen, CI/CD und DevOps-Prinzipien
  • Ausgeprägtes UX-Bewusstsein und Erfahrung mit nutzerzentrierten Designprozessen
  • Vertrautheit mit Test-Automation-Frameworks und Quality-Engineering-Praktiken
  • Erfahrung mit Clean-Core-Entwicklung und API-first-Ansätzen von Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative,Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit in einem agilen Umfeld
