Du entwickelst Lösungen für komplexe Kundenanforderungen und gestaltest gleichzeitig die Zukunft unseres Consulting-Geschäfts. In dieser Rolle verbindest du Vertrieb, Consulting, Produkt und Delivery. Du verantwortest strategische Angebote, treibst den Einsatz von Generative AI im Proposal Management voran und entwickelst skalierbare Consulting- und Delivery-Ansätze, die unsere Kunden schneller zum Erfolg führen.

Strategische Angebote gestalten

  • Verantwortung für komplexe Angebots- und Ausschreibungsprozesse
  • Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten, Business Cases und Angebotsstrategien
  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams aus Sales, Consulting, Product und Delivery
  • Sicherstellung wirtschaftlich attraktiver und umsetzbarer Kundenlösungen

AI im Proposal Management etablieren

  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Angebotsprozesse mit Generative AI und Automatisierung
  • Aufbau wiederverwendbarer Proposal Assets, Playbooks und Best Practices
  • Verbesserung von Qualität, Geschwindigkeit und Skalierbarkeit im Bid-Prozess

Consulting Transformation vorantreiben

  • Entwicklung standardisierter und effizienter Delivery-Modelle
  • Nutzung von Automatisierung und AI zur Reduzierung von Implementierungsaufwand
  • Verbesserung von Time-to-Value, Delivery Excellence und Projektwirtschaftlichkeit

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Consulting, SAP Transformation, Solutioning, Presales oder Delivery Management
  • Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse, Technologie-Transformationen und kommerzielle Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung mit Business Cases, Aufwandsschätzungen, Pricing und Angebotsmanagement
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen zu strukturieren und überzeugend zu kommunizieren
  • Interesse an Generative AI und deren praktischer Anwendung im Consulting
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
