-构建 GraphRAG 语言底座：负责公司生物医药与菌株大模型核心底层架构的搭建，主导基于 Neo4j / GraphDB 等图数据库的 GraphRAG（图检索增强生成）系统开发与工程化落地。 -菌株本体与知识图谱建模：深入理解菌株数据特点，负责构建和维护菌株本体模型（Strain Ontology Model），将工艺方向、产品方向及评价数据（如肠道/口腔启动建模）转化为高内聚的生物医药知识图谱。 -功能预测与智能检索：利用大模型与图神经网络（GNN）技术，开发菌株功能预测全流程，利用 GraphRAG 解决传统 RAG 在复杂生物关联关系检索中的“幻觉”与结构化缺失问题。 -LIMS 与检测系统智能化：将自研的 GraphRAG 能力深度嵌入公司核心 LIMS（实验室信息管理系统）及检测系统，打通生物实验数据从“图谱存储-智能检索-预测反哺”的完整闭环。 -跨学科技术攻关：负责多模态生物数据（组学、表型、实验数据）在图数据库中的高效流转与性能优化，对接生物科研团队，快速响应动态变化的业务需求。

-背景资质：生物信息学、计算生物学、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年左右开发经验，必须具备生物医药公司或生物科研平台的实际开发背景。 -GraphRAG 与图数据库硬实力： 熟练掌握 Neo4j / GraphDB 等至少一种主流图数据库，具备图建模、Cypher 等图查询语言编写及图性能调优能力。 -精通 GraphRAG 架构，有实际落地基于知识图谱（KG）+大语言模型（LLM）的开发经验，理解图检索与文本向量融合的底层逻辑。 -AI 与编程功底：精通 Python，熟悉常用的机器学习/深度学习框架（PyTorch），掌握大模型微调、LangChain/LlamaIndex 或相关图大模型框架的应用开发。 -核心特质：有绝对强的拿结果心态，创新能力强，能够做团队的技术主心骨，将晦涩的生物学逻辑抽象为硬核的图结构与 AI 算法。 -加分项： 1. 有过从 0 到 1 成功开发并上线企业级 LIMS 系统中 AI 预测模块的经验。 2. 在合成生物学、肠道微生态或菌株筛选领域有实际 AI 落地成果者。
