、经营支撑：作为财经BP参与电商渠道及产品线E2E的经营工作：为各层经营者提供经营分析支持，协调部门内各资源，保证准确、及时提供经营状况数据； 2、目标管理：协助各层经营者进行业务计划BP，合理制定业务目标、预算，并通过损益滚动预测的工具，完成损益表的管理工作；具备较强的损益建模能力，可以事前算赢； 3、风险机会挖掘：进行专项数据挖掘和分析，包括产品需求、定价、交付、库存、促销活动、退货、产品生命周期管理、销售趋势分析、份额分析、效率改善和利润提升等，完善经营分析体系； 4、合规保障：同业务部门协作输出经典电商业务的流程&规则，确保业务合规运营。

1. 硬性条件 -8年以上财务经验，其中5年以上业务财务BP经验； -重点本科及以上学历，财务、经济类专业，CPA/ACCA/CMA持证者优先； -有智能硬件/消费品行业的电商渠道或产品财经BP经验背景优先； -熟练掌握Power BI、观远 BI、Tableau等BI工具，具有SQL工具经验更优； -有相关业财一体及AI智能分析经验优先。

2. 核心能力 -战略思维：能基于行业趋势和公司战略，设计财务BP本职工作，平衡长期目标与短期收益； -业务影响力：擅长与产品、研发、渠道一号位平等对话，通过财务专业能力驱动业务决策； -变革推动力：曾主导过跨部门流程重构或系统升级项目，能化解业务冲突并拿到结果； -自驱闭环力：能够在项目中自驱完成全链路闭环。
