  • 协同TikTok及亚马逊达人负责人，针对多平台布局的达人制定组合合作方案，实现流量与转化的跨渠道联动，联动效果作为绩效评估参考维度。
  • 本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，能独立与海外达人进行商务沟通与关系维护。
  • 5年以上跨境电商达人运营经验，具备年千万级美金以上DTC官网达人GMV操盘案例，有益生菌/健康消费品类目经验者优先。
  • 熟悉海外达人合作全流程，具备较强的数据敏感度，能通过数据驱动策略迭代与效率提升。
  • 具备良好的沟通协调与执行力，能有效管理实习生及外部机构，确保项目按时交付。
  • 自驱力强，对健康消费品类目有浓厚兴趣，能适应快节奏工作环境，有AI探索成功实践者优先考虑。
