1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。 2. 5 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，至少 2 年微服务架构设计经验。 3. 精通 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis / Elasticsearch，熟悉消息队列（RocketMQ / Kafka）与分布式架构下的数据一致性设计。 4. 有电商中台或全渠道订单履约系统架构经验，理解订单、库存、履约、退货等业务流程。 5. 能独立完成系统架构设计、接口规范、模块划分及系统集成方案。 6. 熟悉前后端分离、微服务架构、可扩展系统设计及分布式事务处理。 7. 优秀的跨团队沟通能力，能够将业务需求转化为技术方案，并指导开发落地。
