岗位内容： 1、主导万益蓝品牌产品线之一的小红书内容矩阵搭建，包括科普种草、痛点解决方案、用户体验等内容形式。 2、制定搜索SEO优化策略，结合投放阶段by周更新笔记内容策略，优化关键词布局 3、负责小红书聚光广告投放，搭建 “关键词+人群包+素材” 三位一体模型，分析笔记回搜数据+回搜成本，动态优化内容方向 5、结合行业实践输出标准化内容模板（封面/标题/正文结构） 6、把控乙方内容质量，单篇合作笔记引流率≥8% 7、竞品策略监控：每日追踪竞品（爆文选题、关键词及投放动作，输出 《周度竞品内容拆解报告》，驱动迭代
