1、5年及以上媒介KOL投放经验，新消费品行业优先； 2、具有很强的优质内容判断能力和把控能力，对于内容的二次传播有清晰的运营思路； 3、具备一定的数据敏感度，善于总结复盘投放数据并加以优化； 4、思路清晰，灵活，有场景感，脑洞大； 5、成熟的职场人，有较强的自我驱动力和执行力,和良好的职业习惯； 6、积极拥抱变化，有较强学习能力，愿涉足学习钻研不熟悉平台。
