（抖音为主，其次小红书） 1、根据品牌定位、用户分析和整体销售目标，熟悉抖音种草内容输出，同时加分项有小红书相关经验 2、有较丰富的KOL、KOC内容经验，可以独立完成从选号-下单-沟通对接-内容输出的执行流程，稳定输出能够做人群资产拉新的种草内容，同时输出优质种子内容框架赋能抖音短视频挂车体裁（团长/KOC）做优质引流与转化 3、熟练使用「罗盘、云图」等平台工具进行用户洞察，清晰平台用户的内容偏好动向，并运用洞察信息赋能内容执行，输出爆款内容； 4、具备从“人群洞察-内容策略制定-内容执行-种草引流帮助产品生意增长-系统复盘迭代打法”的完整抖音内容工作经验 5、对投放效果负责，具备一定的电商数据（抖音+天猫）认知与跨部门沟通能力，系统监控内容投放等过程指标数据处理分析，输出专业复盘，指导内容&投放优化。 6、根据内容表现与反馈，能够针对产品沟通（原点内容、PMF等）进行周期性的更新迭代及优化，确保内容具备长期竞争力

1、2年及以上媒介内容投放经验，新消费品行业、抖音平台经验优先，同时具备部分小红书平台经验作为加分项； 2、具较强人群洞察，有系统的人群洞察方法，能理解不同年龄人群的需求，输出强种草内容能力； 3、具备一定的数据分析能力，善于总结复盘投放内容并加以优化； 5、成熟的职场人，有较强的自我驱动力和执行力,和良好的职业习惯； 6、积极拥抱变化，有较强学习能力，愿涉足学习不熟悉平台。
