岗位职责： 1、负责品线短视频内容引流，对账号短视频的数据负责。独立完成账号内容把控及落地结果，对账号内容流量负责。（剪辑工作占比70%，拍摄30%） 2、根据抖音平台玩法机制，完成短视频内容输出，及时捕捉热点，挖掘题材，把控内容选题、思路架设、脚本撰写、视频拍摄、后期包装等短视频内容生产全流程工作。 3、 完成抖音短视频板块日常&阶段性数据复盘工作，结合行业人群深度研究短视频的创意表现形式，分析爆款短视频的特点与类型，并持续创新内容形式、优化内容效果。 4、团队内部协作、对接，及时推进视频落地、问题解决，可对内容团队专业及工作技能提升辅导及培训。

岗位要求： 1、大专及以上学历，3年以上短视频内容、拍摄+剪辑经验，有千川引流经验（抖音）； 2、熟悉短视频内容选题与策划、拍摄及后期的整体流程； 3、有产品洞察力，分析各类产品特性，脑洞大、有创意、有网感； 4、抗压能力强，拥抱变化，结果导向； 5、具备优秀的团队合作精神，良好的沟通协调能力。
