1、内容策略制定：负责小红书内容矩阵的整体策略输出，能根据产品所处的0-1、1-10、10-100不同阶段，制定差异化的内容打法，确保每一篇笔记都为目标服务，精准实现品牌深度种草或销售转化。 2、投流策略输出：主导付费投放策略，知道笔记上线后什么样的测试节奏最高效，对KFS（达人+信息流+搜索）配比有成熟方法论，清楚什么笔记该投什么词、圈什么人群包，以最优成本实现转化目标。 3、内容把控与赋能：对“什么是好内容”有极强敏感度，能准确判断一篇笔记的种草力和转化力；自身具备优质种草内容输出能力，同时擅长通过清晰的bf（Brief）及内容审核标准，管理和引导内外部服务商持续产出高质量笔记。 4、目标管理与复盘：以终为始的工作风格，懂得将大目标拆解为过程指标，进行阶段性复盘，始终以目标为导向，严格把控每一步过程的达成与偏离，及时校准策略。 5、团队建设与跨部门协同：负责内容小组的日常管理与带教，同时具备成熟的跨部门协作能力，能高效联动品牌、电商、外部供应商等团队，推动项目顺畅落地。
