岗位职责： 1、根据品牌定位、产品特点、目标用户分析，筛选复合不同阶段营销目标的KOL、KOC、素人纯佣达人，负责合作洽谈及关系维护； 2、洞察平台内容机制规则，对平台爆款内容挖掘解读；熟悉产品卖点，并结合热点持续输出爆款、转化向内容，能自己产出具体视频脚本、brief、 图+文的制作 3、基于投入产出比/引流/转化率严格把控、评估和优化素材，不断提升视频质量、转化率。 4、善于复盘，根据结果输出专业性数据分析，总结经验，不断优化下一轮策略，并对roi负责。

1、专员1年以上，主管3年及以上媒介达人商务经验，擅长达人BD，能根据不同阶段不同需求，匹配合适达人。有丰富的母婴方向抖音达人资源优先； 2、具有很强的优质内容判断能力和把控能力，对于内容的二次传播有清晰的运营思路； 3、具备一定的数据敏感度，善于总结复盘投放数据并加以优化，并总结方法论； 4、思路清晰，灵活，有场景感，脑洞大； 5、成熟的职场人，有较强的自我驱动力和执行力,和良好的职业习惯。 6、积极拥抱变化，有较强学习能力，愿涉足学习不熟悉平台。 7、熟悉抖音星图、达播、短视频挂车等种草销售转化全链路；
