岗位职责： 1、负责制定京东核心店铺/品类运营策略计划及运营实操，规划核心品类的产品布局，制定重点单品运营计划，对年度，月度目标进行拆解，完成销售KPI； 2、负责监控和研究对应品类市场竞争环境，根据品类中竞争对手打法，运营策略及时沟通制定对应的运营方案，规划品类运营竞争计划，抢占品类市场份额； 3、制定产品推广方案并负责实施，对流量、销量、转化率等核心数据负责，并提供专业改善建议； 4、关注品类大盘动态，定期分析品类大盘数据动向，结合市场发展趋势，市场年度总量变化，规划品类进攻方向，根据市场节奏，划定品类运营优先级； 5、负责平台资源&活动对接落地。

任职要求： 1、2年以上电商运营经验； 2、品牌旗舰店独立操盘经验及爆款打造经验； 3、逻辑思维强，具备数据化运营经验，善于从竞品策略中提取； 4、优秀的对内对外的沟通协调能力，能独立面对平台采销进行提案&复盘； 5、具有抗压能力，具有较高的人际沟通和谈判技巧； 6、工作责任心及主动性强，具备团队协作精神，优秀的学习能力与创新能力，热爱电子商务行业。
