抖音内容营销岗： 一、核心职责： 1、内容策略与规划： ①制定抖音平台内容营销策略，区分曝光型与转化型内容目标，针对性输出脚本与创意方案。 ②主导与达人（KOC/KOL）的脚本共创、内容审核及效果复盘，确保内容符合产品卖点与品牌调性。 ③负责达人资源拓展与管理，包括自主筛选账号、对接团长机构，建立分层达人合作体系。 2、内容制作与执行： ①独立撰写或优化短视频脚本，具备“从创意到成片”的全流程把控能力。 ②产出高转化导向的素材（每月需完成十余条完整素材），重点聚焦用户痛点与产品功效表达。 3、数据复盘与优化： ①跟踪内容效果，分析曝光、点击、转化等核心数据，迭代内容策略。 ②通过内容优化提升成交转化效率。

1、硬性条件： ①1-3年/3年以上抖音内容营销经验，具备母婴、大健康、功效护肤、美容仪等领域经验者优先。 ②有曝光/转化型内容成功案例（如电商引流、挂车转化等） ③熟悉达人生态，能独立完成从账号筛选、谈判到内容落地的全流程。 ④具备乙方背景或甲方内容团队管理经验，执行力强，能适应快节奏项目推进。

2、核心能力： ①内容敏感度强：擅长抓热点、挖痛点，能写出“让用户想下单”的脚本。 ②策略思维：清晰区分品牌曝光与销售转化目标，并制定相应内容方案。 ③数据意识：能通过内容数据反推优化方向，兼顾创意与效果。
