1、经验：3年以上抖音媒介经验，有团队管理经验优先 2、能力： ①有内容sense，具备脚本撰写与审核能力，能指导团队产出高质量内容 ②懂曝光与转化的区别，能输出差异化的种草策略 ③有筛号能力，有中腰尾部达人资源积累 3、品类：美妆、护肤、大健康、日化其中之一有媒介投放经验优先 4、数据：对ROI负责，有数据复盘和策略迭代经验
