肠菌模型构建与验证 构建肠道菌群与宿主表型/疾病间的关联预测模型（分类、回归、因果推断等） 设计并执行模型验证方案，包括内部验证、外部数据集验证和前瞻性验证 持续优化模型性能，推动肠菌模型在产品研发和功效评估中的应用落地 多组学数据挖掘与数据库建设 挖掘公共数据库（Human Microbiome Project、MGnify、GMrepo等）及文献中的肠菌测序与疾病标签数据 对接临床渠道采集样本及指标数据，制定数据质控规范，完成数据清洗与合规处理 搭建并维护公司肠菌多组学数据库，确保数据资产积累与复用 AI技术研发与应用 追踪前沿AI/ML/DL在微生态领域的应用进展，探索大语言模型（LLM）、图神经网络（GNN）等新技术在肠菌数据分析中的创新应用 将AI能力赋能研发团队，提供肠菌模型API或可视化工具，降低使用门槛 主导肠菌AI模型的专利布局与技术壁垒构建 跨部门协作与技术支持 与产品、研发、临床团队协作，提供肠菌模型的技术支持与数据洞察 撰写数据及模型相关技术文档，定期输出技术报告与分享 配合跨团队提供生物信息学支持（16S rRNA测序、宏基因组、代谢组等多组学数据分析）

【学历经验要求】 博士及以上学历，生物信息学、计算生物学、微生物学、计算机科学等相关专业 3年以上微生物组学/肠菌方向研究或算法开发经验，有肠菌模型从构建到应用落地完整项目经验优先 【专业能力】 3. 肠菌模型构建：熟练掌握肠菌相关机器学习/深度学习模型的开发（随机森林、XGBoost、CNN、GNN、Transformer等），有1年以上模型开发与部署经验 4. 多组学数据分析：精通16S rRNA测序、宏基因组、代谢组等组学数据处理流程，熟悉QIIME2、mothur、MetaboAnalyst等分析工具 5. 数据库与数据工程：熟悉肠道菌群公共数据库（Human Microbiome Project、GMrepo、GMHI等），具备数据清洗、标准化和数据库建设能力 6. AI应用能力：了解大语言模型（LLM）在生物信息学中的应用，有AI工具开发或模型API部署经验优先 7. 精通Python/R进行数据处理与建模，熟悉Linux环境与生物信息学流程搭建 8. 英文阅读能力优秀，可熟练查阅和撰写英文专业文献
