2–3年内容营销、品牌创意或社交媒体运营相关经验，有服务美国市场或出海品牌经验者优先。 毕业于QS世界大学排名前50高校、中国C9联盟高校或常青藤盟校，本科及以上学历，有美国留学经验。 具备扎实的内容创作能力、良好的视觉审美和基础的数据分析意识，熟悉TikTok、Instagram、Facebook等内容生态与制作流程。 英语可作为工作语言（书面与口语流利），具备优秀的跨团队沟通与项目推进能力。 对海外新媒体趋势高度敏感，学习能力强，愿意在快节奏、创新导向的环境中成长。
