工作职责： 1. 【活动策划】运用天猫营销工具与价格盘算模型制定日常及S级大促排期，输出活动提报表与促销执行SOP，达成猫超整体拉新目标（考核权重20%）。 2. 【付费投放】操盘万相台/直通车/引力魔方等推广工具，输出预算分配表与ROI动态监控报表，保障投放费比合规并拉动猫超整体收入增长（考核权重20%）。 3. 【货盘淘客】基于毛利模型与动销目标规划核心品线SKU结构与淘客分渠道佣金，输出佣金配置表与主推货盘清单，实现品线收入占比提升（考核权重30%）。 4. 【达播执行】统筹达人直播选品寄样、脚本对齐与链路跟进，输出排期进度表与单场销售追踪台账，确保达播单坑产出与直播ROI达标。 5. 【经营费控】运用生意参谋进行经营数据拉取与竞品追踪，输出迭代策略清单与费用核销对账单，推动点击/转化率环比优化，实现品线利润贡献目标（考核权重30%）与整体费比合规。 6. 【新品与基盘】负责新品引入建档、详情页视觉/短视频素材迭代与库存周转测算，输出备货预警表与素材更新记录，保障核心品线跳失率下降与缺货率控制在安全阈值。
