Description du poste

Le mandat principal de l'adjoint ou l'adjointe aux projets est d'assister les chargés de projets pendant toutes les étapes de la réalisation du projet : soit l'ouverture des projets, les commandes d'achat, le suivi des budgets, la facturation, le suivi des paiements jusqu'à la clôture de ceux-ci.

Plus en détails, les responsabilités sont de:

  • Effectuer l'ouverture administrative du projet en conformité avec les documents contractuels ainsi que les propositions et budget de coûts;
  • S'assurer d'obtenir l'intégralité des documents contractuels et des avenants (y compris les signatures) requis;
  • Préparer les bons de commandes et les contrats pour les fournisseurs et sous-traitants;
  • Assurer le suivi des livraisons au chantier et effectuer les relâches d'équipements en collaboration avec le chargé de projet;
  • Vérifier l'exactitude des informations, puis saisis les frais à imputer au projet tels que la réception des commandes livrées sur les chantiers et les heures affectées au projet;
  • Assurer le suivi du budget alloué pour le projet, au besoin, préparer des projections pour le chargé de projet;
  • Préparer la facturation ventilée selon l'avancement des travaux en collaboration avec le chargé de projet en assurant de respecter les délais demandés par les clients;
  • Assurer la gestion documentaire de l'ensemble du projet;

Profil recherché

  • Cumuler 2 années et plus d'expérience dans un emploi similaire
  • Avoir de fortes habilités informatiques
  • Ëtre une personne organisée, structurée et rigoureuse.
  • Démontre une grande proactivité et débrouillardise pour trouver les réponses à des questions.
  • Démontrer un talent pour la collaboration en équipe
  • Aimer travailler sur des projets à long terme autant que gérer des demandes imprévues.
