Vous maitrisez les logiciels 3D et leur applications en projets immobilier pour des rendus impeccables? Que vous soyez Architecte ou technicien Sr, si maitrisez ces logiciels de modélisation qui rendent vos œuvres encore plus concrètes, mon client a besoin de vous!

Notre client, une firme d'architecture reconnue pour la qualité de ses projets est à la recherche d'un(e) Modélisateur(trice) 3D / Spécialiste en imagerie architecturale afin de soutenir ses équipes de conception.

Votre rôle

Au sein de l'équipe, vous participerez à la création et à la mise en valeur de projets architecturaux à travers la production d'outils visuels de haute qualité destinés tant aux équipes internes qu'aux clients. Vous serez notamment appelé à :

  • Produire des modèles 3D détaillés de projets architecturaux;
  • Réaliser des rendus photoréalistes, perspectives et visualisations architecturales;
  • Participer à la création de matériel graphique servant aux présentations clients et aux concours;
  • Interpréter les concepts développés par les architectes et les transformer en représentations visuelles convaincantes;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de conception afin d'assurer la cohérence des modèles et des rendus;
  • Effectuer les ajustements requis selon l'évolution des projets;
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des standards visuels de l'organisation.

Profil recherché

  • Architecte ayant développé une expertise en visualisation architecturale;
  • Technologue en architecture spécialisé en modélisation 3D;
  • Professionnel combinant conception architecturale et production d'imagerie;
  • Designer ou spécialiste en visualisation architecturale possédant une excellente compréhension du bâtiment.

Qualifications recherchées

  • Formation en architecture, technologie de l'architecture ou domaine connexe;
  • Expérience de 5 ans ou plus en modélisation 3D appliqué au domaine (firme d'architecture);
  • Maitrise de Lumion, FormZ (un must)
  • Maitrise de Revit ou de logiciels de conception en Architecture ;
  • Connaissance d'autres logiciels de modélisation standard un atout(Graphisoft, Rhino ou autres)
  • Capacité à produire des rendus et perspectives de qualité professionnelle;
  • Bonne compréhension des projets architecturaux et de leur représentation;
  • Sens artistique développé et souci du détail;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
