Le travail de chasseur de têtes TI, tu le connais, nous ne sommes pas obligés de te l'expliquer.

Exigences et expériences

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expériences en recrutement TI dans une firme TI ;
  • Connaissances des plus récentes technologies ;
  • Français et Anglais avancés

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients en TI ;
  • Élaborer et mettre en place des stratégies de recrutement proactives et novatrices ;
  • Analyser les besoins en recrutement de notre clientèle ;
  • Conduire des entrevues téléphoniques et individuelles ;
  • Effectuer les vérifications de références et d'antécédents judiciaires ;
  • Coordonner les examens pertinents et recommander les candidats de choix aux clients ;
  • Informer et répondre de manière proactive aux demandes des candidats et des clients ;
  • Démarcher des talents ciblés par des activités de chasse de tête ;
  • Fournir un rôle-conseil auprès des clients internes et externes pour tous les aspects du recrutement ;
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux auprès de la clientèle et des candidats pour garantir une satisfaction totale ;
  • Représenter Inacre dans divers événements professionnels, corporatifs ou de réseautage, incluant les foires de l'emploi et les activités de la Chambre de commerce, etc ;
  • Contribuer activement au développement du service de recrutement et à la croissance globale de l'entreprise.
