Responsável por supervisionar e assegurar o funcionamento eficiente das operações logísticas da Indiana Partes & Peças, garantindo a disponibilidade e a acuracidade dos estoques, bem como a execução adequada dos processos de recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição de peças, contribuindo para a excelência no atendimento aos clientes, o suporte às vendas e a rentabilidade do negócio.

Principais Responsabilidades: - Supervisionar as atividades de recebimento, conferência, armazenagem, separação e expedição de peças e materiais. - Garantir a acuracidade dos estoques por meio do acompanhamento das movimentações e da realização de inventários cíclicos e gerais. - Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe de logística, promovendo produtividade, organização, disciplina e cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais. - Distribuir e acompanhar as atividades da equipe, assegurando o cumprimento das prioridades, dos prazos e dos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos. - Monitorar os indicadores da área e atuar no cumprimento das metas de desempenho, qualidade e prazo. - Supervisionar as operações de transporte e entrega, garantindo o atendimento aos prazos e às condições acordadas. - Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos logísticos, visando ao aumento da eficiência e à redução de custos operacionais. - Controlar a utilização dos recursos, equipamentos e da infraestrutura necessários à execução das atividades da área. - Assegurar o cumprimento das normas e dos procedimentos de segurança, organização e qualidade nas operações logísticas. - Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas Comercial, Compras, Pós-Vendas e Financeira, garantindo o fluxo adequado de informações e materiais. - Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios operacionais, fornecendo informações para apoiar a gestão na tomada de decisões. - Reportar à gestão os resultados da operação, as ocorrências relevantes, os desvios identificados e as necessidades da área.
