All’interno dei progetto_ di ACCERTAMENTO entrate tributarie di MUNICIPIA SPA cerchiamo una figura da inserire nella struttura di GOVERNO RICERCA EVASIONE E ACCERTAMENTO.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • Supportare il Project Manager nella pianificazione delle emissioni ordinarie e degli atti di accertamento e nell’organizzazione del gruppo di lavoro.
  • Gestire le attività propedeutiche all’elaborazione degli atti di accertamento, al loro controllo e alla successiva emissione.
  • Gestire e monitorare l’avanzamento del piano di emissione.
  • Coordinare il gruppo di lavoro nelle attività di formazione, front office e back office.
  • Operare come referente operativo del cliente per la gestione delle pratiche complesse.
  • Monitorare gli SLA contrattuali relativi alle attività di front office e ai tempi di evasione delle istanze delle persone contribuenti.
  • Supportare il Project Manager nelle attività di rendicontazione e chiusura del progetto.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nell’ambito della ricerca dell’evasione per clienti di rilievo.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale.
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti, con un approccio proattivo.
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo collaborativo e di costruire relazioni positive con le persone del team e con l’Ente.
  • Buona conoscenza delle discipline giuridiche e tributarie.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.

Inquadramento e retribuzione

  • CCNL: Metalmeccanico
  • Livello: a partire dal livello C3
  • RAL: a partire da 31.000,00 €
