Cerchiamo una risorsa di Business Analyst da inserire su iniziative strategiche rivolte alla Pubblica Amministrazione Centrale.

La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella raccolta e analisi dei requisiti, nella modellazione dei processi e nel supporto alla definizione delle soluzioni organizzative e applicative, fungendo da punto di raccordo tra gli stakeholder di business, le amministrazioni clienti e i team tecnici.

Principali Responsabilità

· Raccolta, analisi e formalizzazione dei requisiti funzionali e non funzionali.

· Conduzione di workshop e interviste con referenti di business e utenti dell'Amministrazione.

· Analisi e modellazione dei processi AS-IS e TO-BE.

· Redazione di documentazione funzionale, specifiche di requisito, use case e business case.

· Supporto alle attività di disegno delle soluzioni applicative e organizzative.

· Collaborazione con Project Manager, Solution Architect e team di sviluppo.

· Supporto alle attività di collaudo e validazione funzionale.

· Monitoraggio della corretta copertura dei requisiti e della conformità agli standard di qualità.

· Supporto ai programmi di trasformazione digitale, interoperabilità, gestione dati e servizi digitali rivolti ai cittadini e alle imprese.

Requisiti

· Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo di Business Analyst o Analista Funzionale.

· Esperienza maturata su progetti per la Pubblica Amministrazione Centrale.

· Conoscenza delle metodologie di Business Analysis e Requirement Management.

· Capacità di modellazione dei processi mediante BPMN, UML o strumenti equivalenti.

· Conoscenza del ciclo di vita del software e delle metodologie Agile e Waterfall.

· Eccellenti capacità relazionali, di comunicazione e di gestione degli stakeholder.

· Ottima conoscenza AI specializzato sull’agentico.
